The recently inaugurated Felipe Carrillo Puerto Tulum International Airport continues to add new airlines that will land in the Mayan Zone of Quintana Roo. The Tulum City Council, chaired by Diego Castañón, reported that the American airline JetBlue Airways will fly direct from New York to the Magical Town of Tulum in 2024.
New York-Tulum flights will begin on June 13, so American tourists will be able to explore Tulum from John F. Kennedy International Airport with special rates. The government of Diego Castañón highlights that this launch not only connects Tulum with the United States, but also opens doors to Europe, thanks to the boost at the London Tourism Fair.
