Puerto Vallarta will host an international concierge congress
Next August, members of Les Clefs d’Or International from Canada, the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico will meet in Puerto Vallarta to hold the twenty-second edition of their Pan American Congress.
The event is organized by the organization Les Clefs d’Or International in coordination with the Association of Concierges of Mexico. and the purpose is to promote the tourist area of the host country. The objective is also to promote the fraternity of the members by offering a space where ties are established that will lay the basis of the network of contacts that each one creates, in order to have more opportunity to offer assistance to their guests around the world.
The event is private and only members of the association can register, with the option of attending with a guest. An estimated attendance of 250 people plus their companions.
The congress agenda includes a day of conferences at the host hotel, a City Tour coordinated by the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust, a trip to Tabernas de Raicilla in the area of El Tuito, Cabo Corrientes, with the company Benomade and Raicilla Atarraya, a dinner called Fiesta en la Montaña at the Canopy River facilities and access to special prices for their tours.
In addition, on August 17 and 18, the United States and Canada will hold previous working groups that are not part of the congress agenda.
Each area has its respective sessions periodically, which can be every one or two months. The region of the Americas had its first Pan American Congress in 2005 precisely in Puerto Vallarta, where the presidents of the associations of each country agreed to take turns hosting.
Every year the following events are scheduled to take place. In 2022, during the 21st Pan American Congress in Rio de Janeiro, the possibility of Mexico being the next venue was considered and at the 2023 International Congress in Istanbul it was made official, beginning preparations.
Thus, this international congress will return next summer to Puerto Vallarta, the headquarters where it was born 19 years ago.
