This year, San Miguel de Allende dresses up to receive the third edition of Millesime GNP Weekend, an event that promises to delight the senses and elevate gastronomy to new heights.
From May 23 to 26, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive signature dinners, select wine tastings, culinary demonstrations and live music.
High-rise dinners
Lovers of good food will delight in the presence of the most prominent national and international chefs. This edition features the participation of chef Begoña Rodrigo and chef Miguel Carretero, winner of a Michelin star and known as the king of croquettes in his restaurants Santerra and La Barra de Santerra.
The two award-winning chefs will be accompanied by two great Mexican gastronomic stars: Javier Plasencia and Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, who will share the kitchen at the “Cenas de Altura”, which the Millesime team has prepared in two venues with fabulous terraces.

Within the kaleidoscope of chefs who will participate in this edition are: Sabina Bandera, Thalia Barros, Lucy Noriega, Mayela Cárdenas, María de Lourdes Camarena Rubén Guzmán, Israel Montero, Rafael Zaga, Alexis Ayala, Pepe Salinas, Vicente Torres, Pablo Carrera, Alfredo González, Juan Emilio Villaseñor, Domingo Martínez, Fernando Quintero and Juan Carlos Madrigal.
