This Welfare program is called Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro, which gives 7,572 pesos to people under 29 years of age to almost 300,000 young people in Guanajuato and in the country who do not study or work, who are “in training,” preparing to enter the labor market.

The aforementioned program of the Ministry of Welfare is called Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro, which gives 7,572 pesos each month, the equivalent of the general minimum wage in Mexico, and also provides medical insurance from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and also gives the beneficiaries materials and supplies that they need while they obtain a formal employment contract.

This program is for young people between 18 and 29 years old who do not work or study, however, they are in the process of obtaining a job in a company or business that provides them with training before being hired.

The amount given to the young beneficiaries of this program is paid in 12 months from the date they enter the training.

As soon as the young people finish their corresponding training, they will receive a document that certifies the skills they have acquired to be able to carry out their work in the event that they are hired and they will be offered various options that will facilitate their entry into the labor market.
