The Los Cabos Airport will also increase its connectivity outside the borders; as of January 6, 2025, it will add the city of Sacramento, California (SMF) to its routes with five frequencies a week: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. To date, this Airport in Baja California Sur has 12 national routes and 36 international routes. They announced that as of November, La Paz (LAP) will be added to the flights operated by Alaska Airlines.
Raúl Revuelta Musalem, general director of GAP, said:
“For Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, diversifying and expanding the routes of our airports is essential for the development and growth of both our terminals and the number of passengers who use them; The main objective is to offer greater connectivity and a better experience to travelers visiting Mexico,” he said.
