Tamaulipas’s biggest tourist attraction, Playa Miramar, received almost 100 thousand visitors from different parts of the Mexican Republic on the first weekend of summer vacation.
According to tourism data from Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas’ biggest tourist attraction was packed with tourists from different states of the country, with visitors from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and Mexico City standing out.
Miramar beach received thousands of visitors on the first weekend of vacation, despite the rough seas caused by the south wind.
Nuevo Leon residents packed this tourist space, followed by people from Mexico City, Veracruz, San Luis Potosí, Chihuahua, Mazatlán, Oaxaca, Puebla and also foreigners who have friends in this region.
Tourists commented that the issue of crocodiles reached the northern sultana and at first we were a little scared, but once the authorities indicated that there was no risk, we ventured here,” he said.
Visitors are certainly eager to have a good time at Miramar Beach, so they enjoy the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico with seafood and drinks.
