¿Ya probaste el pastel de nogada? Aquí te decimos donde conseguirlo en Puebla

With the arrival of the patriotic month, the ingenuity of Puebla in gastronomy was present once again, as now the young Fryda Montes de Oca created the pastel en nogada, inspired by the typical dish.

The combination of the flavors of chile en nogada were brought to the pastels de nogada of Bake Me Happy, which have gone viral on social networks.

This popular cake is made of three milks based on vanilla bread with the traditional nogada, covered with walnut and topped with pomegranate, which has become attractive for the people of Puebla.

To delight the palate with this dessert, the cake can be found at the Akilia restaurant, which is located in the Zavaleta Center plaza, where the slice costs 120 pesos, while the whole cake costs 740 pesos.

Likewise, you can find it on Avenida Río Papagayo, Jardines de San Manuel, where the slice can be found for 115 pesos.
