Representing Mayor Mauricio Trejo, Sapasma councilor Rafael Torres was in charge of cutting the ribbon at the inauguration of the soccer field at Technical Secondary School number 40 in Los Rodríguez.
“What better than coming to a school with a new field. You can see the enthusiasm for having a very good school that they have here in the area and that several communities around here benefit from it,” said the director of the Potable Water System.
