Tabasco has serious problems that could lead to social problems. We have to avoid them. The governor has taken pity on the serious economic problems that ISSET has and has decided to put there the one who seems to be the financial genius who will save that institution. But in this last week, LAS GAVIOTAS, one of our most populous colonies,
HAS NO ELECTRIC POWER. The CFE is totally inefficient. Meanwhile, the City Council presided by Yolanda Osuna Huerta fulfills its obligation to supply drinking water. It is not the best water, but Villahermosa works without problems. But the CFE does not fulfill its obligation to give us light. Manuel Bartlett should be here supervising that there is power.
Tabasco is the state where the CFE is implacable in collecting. Bartlett has an inefficient guy at the Tabasco CFE, the superintendent Adalberto Hernández Aguilar. He is a guy disconnected from the serious problems that his very important job causes. His problem is that he is incapable. He can’t handle the task. And if he can’t, why do we want him here? He’d better leave.
On Tuesday, the temperature in Villahermosa was around 38 degrees. The Coca-Cola that could save you from the damn heat was boiling. The refrigerator, where you keep the milk for the kids who go to school, went bad. You have to buy groceries again. And then you have to put up with the CFE inspectors, who are really mean before cutting off your electricity.
Today they can’t handle a damn 13,000 volt cable. That shakes your soul. So, Mr. Bartlett, take this superintendent, send him to Oaxaca, his place of origin, don’t keep him in Tabasco, where the high temperatures are inhuman. Yesterday, unjustly, there was a big protest in Las Gaviotas. DO NOT TEMPT THE TIGER. Citizens took to the streets and almost set fire to passing vehicles. Why provoke a peaceful people who only expect their servants to serve them?
