Surf Open Leagues is back in Mexico

The World Surf Leagues is back in Mexico where you can participate in activities such as surf and yoga classes, surf movies, parties with live music, extreme sports and beach cleanups, being one of the sustainability initiatives.

Thanks to the collection of plastic waste and the association of the legend of big wave surfing, Gary Linden, it is hoped to create a surfboard with the waste that will be collected in Oaxaca and Guerrero.

“Returning to Mexico with surf festivals is an invaluable opportunity to continue promoting surfing and ecological tourism. These events not only celebrate the surfer lifestyle, but also promote national talent at a key moment of growth for surfing in the country,” said Gustavo Duccini, general director of the Surf Open Leagues and promoter of the WSL in Mexico.
