Vallarta hoteliers call to boost service quality

The president of the Puerto Vallarta Hotel and Motel Association, Álvaro Garci-Arce Morás, called on the hotel sector of this tourist destination to continue promoting customer service, in order to remain a national and international reference.

Pointing out that 85 percent of the hotels associated with the organization he heads have certifications that accredit them for their quality of service, such as H or S Distinctions, Garci-Arce Monrás said that the most important thing is to maintain quality.

Currently, several hotels are in the process of certification, said García-Arce Monraz, however, he insisted that the important thing is not to obtain the certification, but to maintain the quality of service.
