The Government of the State of Oaxaca, through the Civil Registry, made the first delivery of free certificates of the Soy México binationality program to 78 people who were born in the United States (US) and who reside in the state.

Heading the activity, the head of the agency, Alfredo Santiago Chávez, indicated that this action is carried out in coordination with the General Directorate of the National Registry of Population and Identity, with the objective of providing attention to the Mexican-American population with repatriated or returning daughters and sons.
