Two tourist cruises arrive in Mazatlán with almost 6 thousand visitors

The port of Mazatlán was dressed up to receive the cruise ships “Navigator of the Seas” and the “Radiance of the Seas”, with 5,939 passengers on board, which provokes a good economic reaction in the sector, highlighted the representative of the Ministry of Tourism, Ricardo Velarde Cárdenas.

He added that so far this year 78 ships have arrived with 308,115 passengers and 103,537 crew members.

The first of the cruise ships to enter the assigned dock today was the “Navigator of the Seas” at 06:45 hours, coming from Cabo San Lucas, with 3,857 passengers and 1,257 crew members; it will continue its maritime journey at 6 in the afternoon bound for Los Angeles, California.

An hour later, the “Radiance of the Seas” did the same, with 2,082 passengers and 872 crew members, coming from the same destination as the previous one and will continue its journey at 5 p.m. towards Puerto Quetzal.

Today’s cruise passengers took advantage of their stay to visit and get to know the city’s attractive places such as the Historic Center, the Malecón, the Golden Zone, the Lighthouse, the Cathedral, the beaches, among others.
