The community of El Colegio, in the municipality of Tarímbaro, has everything ready to host the Flower Festival from October 18 to 20, with the emblematic cempasúchil flower as its protagonist and the motto Flourishing Tradition. Gilberto Alcántar Pedraza, representative of Culture of the municipality of Tarímbaro, said that they already have a detailed program of cultural activities for the three days of the festival so that attendees can enjoy variety from very early in the municipality.
Among the activities to enjoy is a live band from very early, prior to the inauguration of the fair, in addition to a tour of the altars that will be installed in the main squares and central streets, along with a dog show at 1:00 p.m., and at 2:00 p.m. there will be workshops to paint figures alluding to the date, this Friday.
