Less than a month after its inauguration, the Jalisco Industrial Fair (Feinjal) has already registered more than 90 percent of the exhibition area being sold.
Feinjal is the first event organized and produced by Expo Guadalajara and seeks to position the different industrial sectors of Jalisco towards national and international markets.
The exhibition will take place from November 19 to 22 at Expo Guadalajara and the participation of 300 exhibiting companies and more than 6 thousand national and international buyers is expected.
Luis Isaías Salazar Ramírez, president of the Technical Committee of Expo Guadalajara, explained that what is sought is to have business opportunities for these sectors since the event will have the participation of entrepreneurs and leaders of national and international chambers, in addition to representatives from various countries.
“What we are looking for is to show the entire world and all of Mexico what is being done industrially in Jalisco, and to take advantage of the moment of nearshoring, since there are many entrepreneurs from other countries who know and are well informed of the advantages that this nearshoring will bring,” he commented.
“We feel that it will be a great success, we have been talking about some special situations such as the change of government, both federal and state, it is something that is not an easy situation to get out of, but at least from the state government of Jalisco we have had one hundred percent support,” he added.
Álvaro Azpeitia, coordinator of the Feinjal Advisory Commission, explained that the exhibition floor will be divided into five industries: Manufacturing, Creative Industries, Information Technology, Science and Innovation, Destination Jalisco and Agribusiness.
There will also be seven pavilions where manufacturers will exhibit their products with attractive offers for large buyers: ProUniform, Energy, Furniture, Social Investment, Hotel Association, Industrial Parks and Cinema.
The Jalisco Industrial Fair will also feature a series of events and activations.
