A new edition of the Enchilada and Corunda Festival will bring flavor to the capital of Michoacán in the coming days.
According to municipal authorities, the festival will take place on October 25, 26 and 27 at the “Miguel Hidalgo” market in the Plaza de San Agustín, located in the Historic Center of Morelia at the intersection of Abasolo and La Corregidora streets.
In this 15th edition there will be 21 cooks who will offer all kinds of Mexican snacks, from enchiladas placeras, verdes, corundas, pozole, tacos dorados, sopes, tamales, pambazos and buñuelos, to mention just some of the dishes.
This year they hope to surpass the 5 thousand visitors and 700 thousand pesos of economic impact recorded in last year’s edition.
In addition to trying some exquisite snacks, attendees will be able to enjoy cultural and artistic events that will liven up this festival.
