Man continuously sex traffics minor from Mexico to Roma, Texas

A man named Randy Molina was arrested last month for transporting a minor from the Valley to Mexico with the intention of engaging in illegal sexual activity. According to federal documents, this incident occurred on October 18th when Molina crossed into the United States through the Roma Port of Entry in a white pickup truck.

Molina had two children with him and claimed that the 15-year-old girl accompanying him was his stepdaughter. However, during an inspection, authorities discovered that she was actually in a sexual relationship with Molina and intended to engage in illegal sexual activity with him in Mexico and at a residence in Roma.

The minor provided authorities with her phone, which contained several videos of herself and Molina engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The videos showed Molina recording the activity himself. Messages between the minor and Molina revealed that she may be pregnant and that they had discussed the name of their potential child.

In addition, a search of the minor’s phone showed that she was requesting her documents from Molina to enter the U.S., but he would avoid giving them to her. This is a tactic commonly used in manipulation and coercion cases. Records indicated that the minor crossed into Mexico with Molina 45 times over the past two years.

After releasing Molina from inspection, he departed the Port of Entry, while the minor returned to Mexico. The next day, Molina was selected for another inspection when trying to cross back into Mexico. During this inspection, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers found a pink box with nail design tools, five pieces of women’s black lingerie, and a pair of long black stiletto boots that belonged to the teenager.

The alleged sexual activity between Molina and the minor violates Texas Penal Code Section 22.011. Molina was scheduled to appear before a judge on Friday morning but did not show up.
