Hilton has signed a franchise agreement with Oasis to convert Sens Cancun into The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry by Hilton, which is located in the tourism area of Cancun and offers views of Playa Langosta.

Hilton plans to market the hotel in 2026 after it has been completely renovated, from its rooms to its gastronomic offer, which will include several gastronomic concepts in nine restaurants, a new bar and a rooftop restaurant with views of the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupté lagoon.

“Our rapid growth in Mexico is driven by a successful combination of strong partnerships with exceptional owners, local market expertise and award-winning brands that allow us to bring to life the hotels that travelers want, and in the destinations they want to visit,” said Pablo Maturana, vice president of development for the Caribbean and Latin America at Hilton.

“The signing of The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry by Hilton signals our commitment to leading Mexico with the iconic hospitality and legendary service that characterizes Hilton,” he added

Hilton’s current portfolio of all-inclusive hotels in Mexico includes Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Hilton Playa del Carmen, an Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, and the recently opened Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort.

In April Hilton announced the signing of Canopy by Hilton Guadalajara, which reinforced the company’s rapid expansion in Mexico. (Hilton continues to grow in Mexico with another hotel in Guadalajara.)

This new 170-room hotel, scheduled to open in 2028, joins the recently opened Hilton Garden Inn Guadalajara Airport and strengthens Hilton’s presence in Guadalajara, a city that is becoming a desirable destination for business and leisure travelers.
