As a result of the efforts of the General Directorate of Public Security, Preventive Police and Municipal Traffic headed by Frigate Captain Christopher Jordi López Monge, and after no incidents were recorded during the Halloween celebrations in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, a clean slate was declared.
With the attendance of more than 3 thousand people to the central areas of the municipality, the Public Security personnel, working in a coordinated manner with authorities from the three levels of government, guaranteed the tranquility and well-being of the citizens at all times.
For its part, the Municipal Traffic Directorate stood out for its work in streamlining vehicular traffic in the areas, as well as guaranteeing the safety of people during the various events that were held, such as the foot race.
Finally, it is emphasized that the police personnel will continue to reinforce security during the Day of the Dead 2024 activities, maintaining constant surveillance in cemeteries, colonies and roads that will be temporarily disabled.
