Park Royal Hotel in Puerto Vallarta is accused of dumping sewage into the sea

Residents of Puerto Vallarta have filed an urgent complaint against the Park Royal Hotel, located on the Coastal Highway to Barra de Navidad at kilometer 8.5, in Puerto Vallarta.

According to reports, the hotel is dumping sewage directly into the sea, causing serious environmental problems.

A series of images and videos arrived at the offices of CPS Noticias where they clearly show the dumping of liquid waste from the hotel complex into the ocean.

“The Park Royal hotel is dumping sewage into the sea causing us serious problems, hopefully we can report these events and avoid consequences,” commented one of the complainants.

In another of the postcards, a dark stream can be seen emanating from the hotel facilities and flowing directly into the sea, leaving a trail of obvious waste.

In addition, it is also possible to capture how contaminated water mixes with the waves, affecting the quality of the water and putting public health and marine life at risk.

So far, the authorities have not issued an official statement on the case, but residents are demanding immediate intervention to stop this practice and punish those responsible.
