This film was the one with which the Spaniard, Antonio Banderas, achieved international fame together with Catherine Zeta-Jones. In reality, this film was filmed in various locations in Mexico, such as in the state of Sonora, where it was filmed in one of its most visited bays. This is what this place looks like today.

The town that was used as a set for the film ‘The Mask of Zorro’ was the beautiful San Carlos Bay, located in the municipality of Guaymas, on the coast of Sonora and near the border with the United States.
