With the idea of promoting local consumption, more than 30 producers from different regions of the country (Querétaro, Guanajuato, Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Michoacán, State of Mexico, to name a few) will meet in one place to test your senses.
It is a festival dedicated to highlighting the cultural importance of two basic grains in Mexican gastronomy: coffee and cocoa. Added to an element that has increasingly become more relevant at a national level: wine.

A unique event on the shores of Lake Chapala, enjoy this setting to live a gastronomic experience and explore new flavors.
The best part? Admission to the festival is free. Exhibitors will display their products on the Ajijic Boardwalk.
The event also features different experiences, ranging from tastings to workshops, talks, art exhibitions and family activities.
