Notary office in Querétaro to be identified as being involved in housing fraud

In this way, the state secretary pointed out that the state will provide all the necessary elements and will collaborate with the Federal Government and the State Notaries Council to determine the actions that are pertinent, in case an accusation is made against any owner of a notary office in the entity; while Infonavit, he added, will have to carry out the actions that correspond to it.

Carlos Alcaraz, stressed that the Council of Notaries of the State, has always had an upright conduct and when deviations have been recorded by notaries, they have applied the necessary and pertinent sanctions, without exception. The head of the State Government Secretariat, reiterated that by instruction of the governor, Mauricio Kuri González, they will work so that there is certainty and certainty for the people of Querétaro in all the acts that the notaries carry out.
