This Saturday, all areas of the municipal government attended this first Tequio, which was headed by the municipal president, Ray Chagoya.
In his message, the mayor of the capital indicated that the tequios will be a constant in his municipal administration, and that this day began with the Zócalo and Alameda de León.
He also highlighted that “the tequio gives us identity, it generates roots, and there is no better model of quality than working for ourselves, for our community and our neighbors,” he said.
It should be noted that during the event some municipal government officials participated, as well as state officials.
