The first goal of the First 100 Days of Government was surpassed with 72 kilometers of rural roads scraped and rehabilitated, through the program “Camino al Andar”, announced Estrella Palacios Domínguez.
The municipal president indicated that the goal was 50 kilometers, achieving 72 kilometers of roads in the eight municipalities of Mazatlán after 70 days of the current administration: El Recodo, La Noria, El Habal, Siqueros, El Roble, Mármol, El Quelite and Villa Unión.
“We have reached this goal thanks to the support of our municipal trustees, the commissioners, but above all, the people, who during our “Contigo Mazatlán” days came to ask us for roads that the Public Works Department attended to in a timely manner,” she highlighted.
Among the police stations that were worked on are Telcoyonqui, Lomas de Monterrey, San Pancho, La Noria, La Tuna, El Recodo and El Vainillo.
Estrella Palacios pointed out that the “Camino al Andar” program will be permanent, since the roads fulfill a fundamental economic and social function, because they are the roads that feed Mazatlán.
