A Dutch citizen, identified as Aron “N,” 44, was arrested in the Real Amalfi subdivision of Playa del Carmen for allegedly assaulting a minor. The victim’s mother reported that Aron subdued and injured her son.
The arrest occurred at the bus terminal on Fifth Avenue. Municipal police, with the support of GEAVIG and representatives from the Office of the Attorney for the Defense of Girls, Boys, Adolescents, and the Family, detained Aron and handed him over to the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) for legal proceedings.
