Businessman Ernesto Coppel Kelly has announced a series of significant investments for Mazatlán this year, including two projects in the historic center.
Coppel Kelly visited the Municipal Palace this afternoon to meet with Mayor Estrella Palacios Domínguez and discuss his investment plans for the city.
The hotelier revealed that one of his projects is nearing completion, while another will be developed in front of the soon-to-open establishment.
Additionally, Coppel Kelly disclosed plans to renovate the Esmerald Bay hotel, located in the northern part of the municipality. Although he did not specify the investment amount, he indicated that it would be substantial.
