The Association of Real Estate Agents in Guanajuato has 700 members in the entity; they hope that in five years there will be 5 thousand certified agents
Gabriel Ponce Fuentes, president of the organization that groups a total of 700 real estate professionals in the entity, assured that they expect a meeting with the authorities to sign an agreement with the municipal housing institutes in each of the municipalities for the promotion of the lots.
We are the only association that covers the entire state of Guanajuato and we have a presence in around 25 municipalities

He assured that the association has codes of ethics as well as an honor and justice committee independent of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Guanajuato where support is provided to those affected in the event of bad practices by an agent of said association.

Ponce Fuentes concluded by saying that the work of the AlAG directly benefits people and their families, by promoting actions and recommendations that take care of their assets.

Gabriel Ponce Fuentes presented his strategic agenda with the following points:
- Strengthen the Training of Accredited Real Estate Agents as well as work with the delegations of Celaya, San Miguel de Allende, Irapuato, Guanajuato Capital and León with the objective of reaching more accredited Agents.
- They seek to strengthen ties with the federal and state governments and municipal presidencies, in addition to the different Parliamentary Groups of the Legislative Branch.
- Another point that motivates them this year is to strengthen ties with the State College of Notaries of Guanajuato and local colleges of Notaries in the municipalities.
