Its owner, Isabela Bedolla, was known for her hospitality and for making love charms, earning the appreciation of the parishioners who visited the pulcata who called her “the affectionate one”.
However, oral tradition says that at some point a fight occurred that triggered the definitive closure of the pulquería. Despite its past, marked by this unfortunate event, the place was transformed by the City Council, turning it into an emblematic space full of charm, tranquility and vibrant gastronomic businesses.
