Mexico City, January 24 (SinEmbargo).- This weekend Mexico City will have events to spend with family or friends, such as the celebration of the Chinese New Year or even plays to laugh and reflect.
Chinese New Year Cultural Festival 2025
The Chinese New Year Cultural Festival will celebrate its fourth edition this Saturday, January 25, this one dedicated to the “Wooden Snake” will have activities that will take place at CENART, such as traditional dances, Hanfu catwalk, folk music, shadow theater, conferences, visual arts, photography exhibition, cinema and even gastronomy.
Some of the activities are:

Opening from 11:00 to 11:45 hours.
Lion Dance from 11:50 to 12:10.
Traditional music and dance from Ningbo, China from 12:10 to 12:55.

Art and music workshops at House of Vans
House of Vans opens its doors this January 25 at 12:30 pm to enjoy workshops such as Skate Skool to learn how to ride a skateboard (from 2 pm to 4 pm), “Never going home: collective mural” in which you can create a piece together inspired by the drawings of Daniel Johnston (from 12:30 to 6:30 pm); “Fanzine in ceramics” to create a thematic collective fanzine (from 4 pm to 7 pm); in addition, the “Temporary exhibition: Daniel Johnston Never going home” will have a guided tour at 3 pm.
