The Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism, and Art of Mazatlán invites residents near Olas Altas to obtain accreditation for access to the Mazatlán International Carnival 2025 “La Perla” festivities, taking place from February 27 to March 4.
This accreditation allows vehicles and individuals to access closed streets and the carnival zone. National and foreign residents can apply at the offices located at Avenida Miguel Alemán 203 Centro, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., starting today until Friday, January 31.
Applicants must present a child-sized photograph, a copy of their voter ID, and a recent proof of address. Vehicle owners must also provide the license plate number and type of vehicle. Approximately 100 residents have already met the requirements. The process is free.
