AMEXME Riviera Maya Elects New Leadership to Empower Businesswomen

On a historic day for the Mexican Association of Businesswomen (AMEXME) Riviera Maya Chapter, the General Election Assembly was held, where members elected and took the oath of office for the new Board of Directors, reaffirming their commitment to the growth and leadership of women in the business sector.

During the ceremony, Valeria Rindertsma took office as president-elect, accompanied by a team of prominent business leaders who will lead the association in 2025. Carla Toledo is now the Vice President I, while Iliana Galván is the Vice President II.

The inauguration was conducted by Ana Lilia Martín, vice president of AMEXME Quintana Roo Region, with the presence of Beatriz Sandoval, president of AMEXME Cozumel, who highlighted the impact and relevance of this network of businesswomen in the economic development of the region.

In her first message as president, Valeria Rindertsma reaffirmed her commitment to female empowerment and the consolidation of a stronger business community: “This council will work tirelessly to build a future of opportunities, inspiration, and success for the businesswomen of the Riviera Maya.”

The work of the outgoing president, Liliana Bravo Mena, and her team was recognized for leading key initiatives for the growth and strengthening of businesswomen in the Riviera Maya over the past three years.

The renewal of this board of directors marks a new chapter in AMEXME Riviera Maya, with a vision of collaboration, leadership, and development to promote more women in the business world. As their motto highlights: “Alone invisible, united invincible.”
