In Orizaba, Veracruz, Alejandro “N” was arrested, a young man wanted by United States authorities for three years as the alleged perpetrator of the murder of a 17-year-old girl named Alexus Lien Nguyen. The detainee was found red-handed committing an administrative offense in the central area of the state.
Through the C5 surveillance cameras, elements of the Orizaba Municipal Police located and arrested Alejandro “N”. The authorities entered his name into the database and identified that he had been wanted by the United States authorities since 2022 for the murder of a 17-year-old girl.
Murderer of young American is extradited
According to municipal authorities, Alejandro “N”, who has dual nationality, had been hiding in Orizaba for 3 years. He was wanted by American authorities, who issued an arrest warrant for involuntary manslaughter against him, after he allegedly murdered a young woman named Alexus Lien Nguyen, 17 years old.
On September 14, 2022, Alejandro “N”‘s parents and brother were arrested for obstructing the arrest of the young man. At the beginning of 2025, a search and reward file was issued for anyone who provided information on the whereabouts of the alleged person responsible for the murder of Alexus Lien Nguyen.
Following his arrest in the state of Veracruz, Alejandro “N” was handed over by the Municipal Police of Orizaba to the authorities of the United States Embassy in Mexico and to the National Migration Institute, where a judge will determine his legal status according to the laws of the country in which he is accused of murder.
