With an investment of almost 50 million dollars, the governor of Jalisco, Pablo Lemus, presented the two new hotels that will be in Costalegre and Puerto Vallarta.

“What we are looking for is for Jalisco to become the oasis of national investments with a promoter government that attracts investors to Jalisco,” said Governor Pablo Lemus.

This is the Chablé Hotel, in the municipality of Tomatlán, a complex that is the first of three hotels in the Tezcamale tourist development.

The total investment for this first project is 220 million dollars and it will be an ecotourism hotel that will have connectivity with the Chalacatepec airport and the Puerto Vallarta airport.

“Where tourists will be able to arrive via the Chalacatepec airport or via the Puerto Vallarta airport. We are practically in the middle of both and this will give enormous competitiveness to this area,” he explained.

The governor said that Costalegre will be a destination that will grow in the next 20 years, but to do so it is necessary to continue working together.

The second hotel announced on Thursday afternoon was the Thompson, which had an investment of 250 million dollars and will be located in Puerto Vallarta.

“It is an extraordinarily central place, what we know as the Hotel Cristal, next to the Hotel Cristal. The Thompson will be here,” he said.
Both the Thompson and Chablé hotels will be inaugurated in 2027.

Pablo Lemus, governor of Jalisco, stressed that the municipality of Puerto Vallarta deserves to have this renovation that bets on high-end tourism.
