The president of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC), Hugomar Peraza, said that the proposal to not charge the tolls that connect with Mazatlán during Carnival would be a show of support and a plus for those who want to come to the biggest party in the city.
In addition, he said that if this is achieved, it would be an opportunity to generate expectations for the national visitor who decides to come to the port by road.
