In Durango there will be new courses in Artificial Intelligence that will be offered at the College of Scientific and Technological Studies of the State of Durango (CECyTE). This morning the signing of Collaboration with the Business Coordinating Council (CCE) was finalized, with the aim of strengthening and scaling the Dual Education model.
Likewise, the Specialty Agreement in Auto Transport Administration was signed, an alliance between CECyTE Durango and the Technological University Specialized in Transportation Solutions (UTEST), which will allow young people to access specialized training with a direct link to the transportation sector.
Youth training highlighted
“Today is a historic day for young people because apart from giving recognition to those who received an academic or sports award, they are starting new careers at CECyTE because in 2025, Durango is reborn,” said Governor Esteban Villegas Villarreal.
In this regard, the director of the College of Scientific and Technological Studies of the State of Durango (CECyTE), Cuauhtémoc Armas Enríquez, acknowledged that the achievements of this institution would not have been possible without state management, such as the support of the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, with support from classrooms, walls, courts, robotics workshops, support in transfers, equipment, and even lodging to represent the state at the national level.
He said that with the new careers, they are framed in the eve of the celebration of the 30 years of this Subsystem, and that they come to reinforce, together with the agreements, so that young people can go out to companies and gain experience thanks to the sponsors, who care so that the new generations are good men, he stressed.
Efforts in favor of students recognized
The student, Isaías Mata Rodríguez from the CECyTE of Las Nieves, Ocampo, was grateful to be the representative of almost 13 thousand students, and he also described the effort made by young people from all municipalities to achieve their studies, which have resulted in great rewards, from the cultural, academic and sports projection.
At this meeting where educational agreements were signed and outstanding students received recognition, Governor Esteban Villegas was recognized by the CECyTE family for his efforts to link students with companies and work as a team with federal institutions and the private sector.
The mayor of the capital, Toño Ochoa, the head of the Business Coordinating Council, Raúl Montelongo Nevárez and the General Director of UTEST, Gerardo Emmanuel Issa Martínez, were present, among other authorities.
