A citizen demonstration took place on Friday afternoon on the Buenos Aires boardwalk, to demand that the authorities return safely a chef from a well-known restaurant in the Tellerías neighborhood and other people.

The victim, identified as Jesús Antonio Hernández Ruiz, disappeared on Thursday, February 13, and nothing has been heard of him.

His case generated outrage on social media since yesterday.

His family stated that he is a person who works in the kitchen and that they have never gotten into trouble.

From 4 p.m. dozens of people gathered at the photo booth near the Family monument, to begin the tour on the coastal promenade and end on the esplanade of the República square.

The families walked along Avenida del Mar with posters where they demanded that the authorities promptly return their missing relatives.

The contingent was supported on the tour by the security forces that patrol the port.
