Volaris has announced a new job opportunity in Mexico City. According to a recent post on LinkedIn, the airline is offering a hybrid job, so the person selected for the position will have the opportunity to work from home, going to the offices a few days a week.

According to Volaris, the airline is looking for a person to take on the role of “Head of Culture” and must be responsible for implementing, managing and supervising strategies that strengthen the organizational culture, ensuring efficient management of information and agile decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology or similar (with a degree).
3 years of experience managing work teams in Human Resources areas.
Advanced handling of Office packages.
Desirable experience in analysis tools/People Analytics (Power BI, Tableau, AWS, etc.).
Desirable training or certifications in Change Management, Organizational Culture, Agile Leadership or Employee Experience.
Work area Santa Fe, with availability to travel

What activities will the person selected for the vacancy perform?

Manage and analyze information for decision making, applying People Analytics strategies to identify trends, evaluate Culture initiatives and propose institutional strategies.
Design and implement Organizational Culture and Corporate Volunteering strategies, aligned with the identity, values ​​and strategic objectives.
Follow up on induction programs, recognition programs and high-impact campaigns in the company, from a consultant perspective and as a quality filter.
Lead employee wellness and experience programs.
Manage communication and respond quickly to requirements; attend to requests on Organizational Culture issues, implementing technological tools to optimize the management of requirements.
Coordinate and plan the execution of institutional events and activations, strategic meetings, team buildings, celebrations, Corporate Volunteering activities and training in Mexico, the United States and LATAM.
