The Panama group has announced that starting Thursday, February 20, the Zona Dorada branch in Mazatlán will reduce its restaurant service hours to 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The announcement was made via Panama’s social media channels, stating that the bakery will remain open until 10:00 p.m. only.
In the announcement, Panama emphasized the significance of tourism to Mazatlán’s economy. Due to a recent decline in visitor numbers, the group has found it necessary to make “a difficult decision, one we never imagined having to make.” From February 20 onwards, the restaurant will open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the bakery will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The message concluded with, “We await you with open arms and the same flavor as always. Thank you for your understanding and your love.”
Currently, Panama Restaurants and Pastries has approximately 20 branches in Mazatlán, and also operates in Culiacán, Los Mochis, and Escuinapa.
