The dreams of youth chart the course of Durango. Through the Sueña Durango, Visión 2050 meeting, the Municipal Government brings together students and entrepreneurs to build, from their perspectives and aspirations, the future of the municipality with an innovative and prosperous approach.
For Andrés David Serrano, a student at the Universidad Vizcaya de las Américas, this exercise represents a real opportunity for participation. “It is important that we are taken into account, because change is not made by one person alone, but is built as a team. Today we know that our ideas can become concrete actions,” he said.
For his part, José María Flores Ortiz, a student at CBTIS 110, highlighted the importance of raising awareness among young people about their role in the development of the city. “Many times we are distracted by other things and leave aside our responsibility in the community. Spaces like this help us understand that our decisions today impact the Durango of the future,” he said.
The Sueña Durango meetings continue to bring together voices and proposals from various sectors, consolidating a strategic plan that promotes a more innovative, prosperous municipality with opportunities for all.
