The governor of Sonora, Alfonso Durazo, reported this Monday the arrest of Gabriel “N”, alias “El Keka”, whom he identified as one of the main generators of violence in the municipality of Caborca.
Through his X account, the governor of Sonora published the image of the detainee, whom he points out to be the main leader of the criminal group “Los Deltas”, which operates in said municipality.
Durazo Montaño indicated that, in addition to the arrest of “El Keka”, the dismantling of the criminal gang that he commanded was achieved.
“During the operation, long weapons were seized, which reinforces our commitment to firmly combat those who threaten the tranquility of our community,” he wrote.
The governor thanked in his message the law enforcement forces that participated in the operation to achieve the arrest of the generator of violence.
“We continue working for a safer Sonora for all,” he said.
According to local media, “Los Deltas” are an armed wing of Los Chapitos in the state of Sonora, with their center of operations in Caborca.
They say that the criminal gang is linked to the murder of the US Marine Nicholas Douglas, which occurred on October 18 in the municipality of Altar.
On February 13, Jonathan Antonio “N”, alias “El Galleta”, was arrested, directly linked to the reported murder.
