Roberto Moreno, alleged responsible for acts of corruption within the National Anti-Corruption System (SNA), presented his resignation as secretary of this organization minutes before the Governing Body voted to remove him from office.
This Tuesday, at the facilities of the Secretary of Good Government, the removal of Moreno from office would be discussed in private, since a few days ago he was accused of irregularities in his administration, unauthorized trips and a discretionary assignment of positions.
The letter was accepted by the members of the Body, such as the president of the System, Vania Pérez; the anti-corruption prosecutor, Luz Mijangos and the magistrate of the Federal Administrative Court of Justice, Guillermo Valls, who later appointed an office manager.
Until now, Roberto Moreno has not publicly declared the version of this resignation letter, nor how the investigation is progressing for the alleged irregular acts he committed.
