On the way to celebrating 16 years of history for the iconic McCarthy’s Irish Pub, the second branch of its new McCarthy’s Black concept opens to the public this Thursday, March 13th, in the Solesta Shopping Center.
This restaurant-bar promises not only to maintain the essence of the traditional McCarthy’s, but also to offer a renewed gastronomic and musical experience for all its guests.
This box includes unlimited dressing and sauces, so you can order as many of the 20 flavors as you want.
As part of the soft opening, Arturo Martínez Lastra, general manager of this Puebla-based franchise, reported that the new establishment maintains part of the essence of its first concept, with its offerings of burgers, wings, and live rock music.
The big news is that it now includes rib-eye tacos, picaña, and arrachera, as well as a wide variety of cheese boards, which can be paired with domestic and imported beers.
Its interior design is also characterized by paintings by urban artists from Puebla, giving it a local, contemporary, and exclusive touch.
McCarthy’s fans will also find a vibrant atmosphere with live musical performances on different days of the week, featuring a variety of genres, including rock, jazz, and blues.
It’s worth noting that the first McCarthy’s Black location is located in the Zerezotla neighborhood, in the municipality of San Pedro Cholula, and has been well received by the local community.
The expansion of this concept to the city of Puebla responds to the growing demand for quality dining and entertainment experiences. Furthermore, it not only represents growth for the brand but also boosts the city’s economic development, providing jobs for the local community.
