As part of the Durango Renace program, the State Police installed a prevention and surveillance checkpoint on the border between the states of Durango and Chihuahua, specifically at kilometer 347 of the Pan-American Highway, within the municipality of Ocampo. The operation is being carried out by members of the Municipal Public Security Directorate, through the Durango Single Command system, a coordination mechanism that allows for collaborative work among the various agencies to strengthen crime prevention and ensure community peace.
