In operations and searches carried out in the municipalities of Tierra Blanca and Martínez de la Torre, Veracruz, a tiger and a crocodile were seized, in addition to the arrest of four people and the seizure of vehicles, drugs, and weapons.
In Tierra Blanca, the Veracruz State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) reported that prosecutors, forensic experts, and ministerial police assigned to the Cosamaloapan Regional Prosecutor’s Office, in coordination with the Ministry of National Defense, the Navy, the National Guard, and the State Public Security Secretariat, carried out a search authorized by a judge at a property located on the highway connecting the towns of Los Leones and El Huaco.
At that location, shell casings of various calibers, bank cards, swabs containing probable blood, a cell phone, elastic bandages, and a tiger were seized.
Meanwhile, in Martínez de la Torre, a search authorized by a judge in the La Unión neighborhood resulted in the arrest of José Francisco ‘N’, Aldo ‘N’, Abigail ‘N’, and Víctor ‘N’.
In addition, narcotics, dried green grass, white granulated substances, glass pipes, cartridges, cell phones, high-frequency radio communication equipment with a charger, gram scales, tablets, a mask, a cap, a wooden punishment board, a sword, a defensive baton, a handgun, metal hooks, binoculars, documents, a set of motorcycle keys, surveillance cameras, vehicles, motorcycles, motorcycle helmets, a motorcycle frame, and, finally, a crocodile were seized.
