A pack of 20 dogs surprised and caught the attention of residents strolling through the center of Campeche’s capital, as the canines decided to protect themselves from the intense temperatures and rays of the sun, right in front of the onlookers.
The pack of dogs took refuge from the harsh temperatures in the Plaza de la República area, one of the few remaining trees in the central region of San Francisco de Campeche, so the cool shade was reason enough for the four-legged friends to take a break.
Despite the presence of the dogs, no one bothered them or tried to scare them away, as the dogs also knew how to behave in the presence of the crowd who were also sheltering from the harsh temperatures.
