Luis Martínez, owner of this family business, said he started as a helper at the age of 16, back in 1993. Armed with the knowledge and skills, he sought to advance and became independent at a young age, making a wooden cart out of bicycle tires, which he began selling.
First, it was the streets of several neighborhoods in Ciudad Madero where the adventure of what has now become the favorite trolleys of hundreds of families began.
On Miramar Beach, he won over tourists from Monterrey and Mexico City, who year after year returned to this top destination and sought him out along the seven kilometers of recreational beach.
Over the years, and with his clients, they began to seek him out for social events, weddings, sweet 15s, and baptisms, so he could delight their guests with his rich and unique flavor.

To thank his customers for their preference over these 32 years, this Saturday, March 29th, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, he will be giving away trolleys to those who come to his traditional spot in the afternoons.
The location is on Oaxaca Street, next to a convenience store and a few meters from CETIs 109, in the Unidad Nacional neighborhood in Ciudad Madero.
