During the initial hearing, the prosecution presented charges based on the Criminal Code of the State of Yucatán and requested a three-month period for further investigation. Additionally, O.E.G. was placed under surveillance by the State Center for Precautionary Measures (CEMC) and prohibited from leaving the state without judicial authorization.
