“During this Easter, we have had reports of more than 38 road accidents on the roads that connect Nuevo León, the main ones being the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo, Monterrey-Reynosa, and Monterrey-Saltillo highways, as well as freeways, and obviously the National Highway and Highway 57.”
