The report details that the transaction, if completed, will be worth between $70 and $100 million.
However, it should be noted that, even if an agreement is reached, the Liga MX Owners’ Assembly must approve the sale. The next session is scheduled for May 28.
Querétaro finished the 2025 Clausura in 12th place with 20 points, the result of six wins, two draws, and nine losses; they were one point away from the Play-In zone.
